Fees & Brokerage Charges

• Brokerage fees are a percentage of the transaction value as per market norms
• All fees will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before any transaction
• Fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully concluded
• GST and other applicable taxes are payable in addition to the agreed fees

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shree Property shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of our services, property transactions, or reliance on information provided. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific service in question.

Communications Consent

By submitting your contact details, you consent to receiving communications from Shree Property via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, phone calls, and any other communication channel for property recommendations, updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by contacting us directly.
